This bespoke package includes furniture, decor, art, and accessories optimized for photography and listing appointments. While a home’s scale, location, and architectural style determine the furnishing strategy, our goal is the same for every property— creating a space where buyers feel at home.

Walkthrough & Consultation | We visit the home to evaluate each space, discuss your goals, and develop a strategy. This $200 consultation is credited toward your invoice.
Bespoke Design Plan | Our team creates a personalized staging plan that enhance the home's character and maximize its appeal.
Installation Day | Our designers and moving team handle every detail, completing a professional installation in one day.

Home enhancements for photography & showings
This on-site styling experience enhances your home in half a day. We refine your space by editing your existing pieces and layering in new accessories to create a home that feels beautifully lived in.
The result are spaces that photograph effortlessly, captures buyers' attention, and makes a memorable first impression from first click to final walkthrough.
Edit & Elevate begins at $1,500 for 3 hours. Each additional hour is $500 and is determined by the scope of the home.

Preparing to sell while still living in your home? You don't always need new furnishings, you simply need a fresh perspective.
This service is designed to help you showcase your home's full potential using what you already have. During our walkthrough, we'll evaluate each room and provide personalized recommendations for furniture placement, styling, and decluttering that can have a meaningful impact on how buyers experience your home.
Whether you're preparing for listing photos or getting ready for showings, we'll leave you with a clear plan to create a home that feels inviting and market-ready.
What's Included
In-Home Consultation | We'll walk through your home together, discussing each space and identifying opportunities to enhance flow, function, and overall presentation. Investment: $200
Personalized Action Plan | Following your consultation, you'll receive a detailed room-by-room guide with customized recommendations, giving you a practical roadmap to prepare your home with confidence. Investment: $250

Supplemental Staging
This is designed for vacant homes with existing furnishings. We incorporate select pieces from our inventory that elevates the home’s overall presentation to create a more market-ready space.
Furnishings, artwork, decor, and accessories are intentionally selected to complement existing pieces while highlighting the home’s best features. Furniture rental is not for use.
What’s Included:
Walkthrough & Consultation | We visit the home to evaluate each space, discuss your goals, and timeline and develop a staging strategy. This consultation is $200 and is credited toward your staging investment.
Custom Design Plan | Pricing varies depending on the scope of work and size of the home. After an initial consultation, we’ll provide a tailored quote based on your specific needs.
