Our Listing Prep Service is a one-day, on-site service designed to make sure your home looks its absolute best the day it hits the market.
This “fluff” service is all about fine-tuning: we bring in fresh florals, adjust your furniture and accessories, and style key areas to be photo-ready. It’s the final polish that ensures your listing stands out from the scroll.
Pricing starts at $1,500 and depends on Sqft.
