Raised in Hickory, North Carolina — an area rooted in furniture craftsmanship — Lauren developed an early appreciation for quality furnishings and intentional design through her family’s multi-generational ties to the industry. That foundation continues to shape the ethos behind Hyer Home today.
After years of vacationing in Charleston, she made the city home and earned her Business degree from the College of Charleston before founding Hyer Home, a luxury staging studio focused on elevated, design-driven presentation. As Owner, Lauren works closely with agents, developers, and homeowners to transform properties into refined, market-ready spaces, blending her background in furniture sourcing with hands-on real estate experience.
Her work centers on helping distinctive homes connect emotionally with buyers while maintaining a sense of authenticity and quiet luxury.

A Hilton Head native and College of Charleston graduate, Amanda joins Hyer Home with a decade of experience in communications and creative strategy, specializing in brand development, visual merchandising, and multimedia content production. Naturally drawn to matters of the heart and home, her passion for visual and written storytelling has been shaped by work across diverse industries, including national media and publishing, fine art, luxury homeware, and interior design.
